Kari's Comments -- September 2009

Aug. 2-7, the High School students had an incredible week at CIY-MOVE. It is awesome to see what God does in the lives of students during this one week. Many commitments were made, but above all we want to show the life and love of Jesus to our world.

The last night of MOVE provided an opportunity for the students to make public decisions for our God. We had 10 students who made a decision to repent, to say, “God, I love you, but have not been living that way. From today forward, I want to change my life.” Those students are: Jodie Latham, Angelica Ragonese, Drake Todd, Ashley Schrock, Jana Huber, Cody Borntreger, Hunter Tweedy, Aaron Boothe, Jesse Clifton, and Austin Boothe. Please continue to pray for these students as they seek to follow God in their lives.

We also had 9 students make a decision to be a “Kingdom Worker.” Committing to be a kingdom worker is simply stating that we are committing to work in the Kingdom in whatever capacity we are in. Student committing to be Kingdom workers are: Damon Ledbetter, Jodie Latham, Richie Puski, Ashley Schrock, Jana Huber, Jesse Clifton, Hunter Tweedy, Austin Boothe, and Dustin Olinger.

A special thank you to each of you who prayed for us this week, it was incredible to see God working in the lives of His children.
